A sound/song portrait of Merseyside created by SK for the
Liverpool Echo newspaper.

Radio Ballad by Ewan MacColl and Charles Parker (BBC 3). Argo subsequently issued a highlights LP.

Recordings of Stan Kelly's Songs by Other Artists
Seven Deadly Sins (Fiesta FLPS 1771, 1619 Broadway, NY); The Dubliners (I Wish I Was Back in Liverpool)
In My Life (LPs: Elektra/Warner K42009, EKS-74027; CD: 74027-2); Judy Collins (Liverpool Lullaby).
Stereo Review magazine, celebrating the 60th anniversary of
Edison's phonograph, voted this LP the all-time best collection of contemporary ballads, partly, one suspects, because SK shares tracks with upstarts such as Brecht/Weill, Dylan, Cohen, Brel, Newman, Farina, Donovan, and Lennon/McCartney!
Surround Yourself With Cilla (EMI-Parlophone PCS 7079); Cilla Black (Liverpool Lullaby).
Her version of this song, issued as a single, made the UK
charts in 1968/69.
SK's songs have also been recorded or performed by Pete Seeger, The Spinners, Dominic Behan, the Liverpool Philharmonic, Jacquie & Bridie, and Rosemary Sorrels.
